We are trying to decide when we should quit looking. We have had such a plethora of issues trying to hire. Phone numbers disconnected on resumes, not fitting the description AT ALL, quitting after one day because of constructive criticism, not working well with others, Aaaaah! I know that we are not the perfect employers but we are trying to pay a decent wage for a decent day of work and no one is truly lining up.

Having said that, we have decided it’s like dating. We keep getting the one night stands but we are not going to keep looking for the long term relationship. We want to fall in love Lisa! :)
