It dosen’t make me feel good to be direct with someone however, its the best way to get their attention. I once hear it said that only reason that you gets upset at someone else is because “they’re not doing what you think they should be doing and how you think they should do it.” In the finial analysis, if everyone did what we though they should be doing and how we though they should do it, we have no reason to be upset. I respect people that are honest and direct even if I don’t like what they are saying. Like most people I usually have to hear it more than once for it to sink in.

It’s something I need to improve on, I want to be so much to so many, yet I need to analyze and help them see where they can improve. If nobody tells them, how will they learn?
